1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Products that are custom-built or personalized cannot be returned.

  • Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Package Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase and the RA number.
  • Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs if applicable.
